Allison Russell, M.S.

As a senior leader with Third River, Allison Russell designs and delivers innovative development experiences that foster desired leadership behavior from the inside-out. As an architect of the Serving Leader Development ExperienceTM and the Teaming AdvantageTM, Allison teaches critical thinking and partnering skills that are foundational to achieving healthy relationships and desired results.

With clients, Russell concentrates on creating Serving Leader cultures at scale. She leads certification of Third River clients in the firm’s proprietary development techniques.

Before joining Third River Partners, Allison implemented cognitive behavioral therapy programs within the criminal justice and healthcare sectors for 15 years. Russell holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Presbyterian College.

Allison enjoys inspiring leaders to live out their gifts every day, both at home and at work. She serves in her Tampa faith community, including Vida Nueva and Tres Dias, with a focus on leadership development.
